About 40% of our total business is the marketing of foreclosure properties. We have done freclosures for about 8-9 years. It is an interesting niche in real estate sales and I have learned about this business almost daily. One observation concerning the current state of the foreclosures: unlike the high amount of forclosures that occurred in the late 80's and early 90's, we have noticed that currently the foreclosure market is crossing all socio-economic boundaries. I am marketing properties that range from $35,000- $700,000 and it appears that there are more properties in this higher end market than ever before.
