MiamiCondoLifestyle.com adds Walk Score data to Over 400 buildings

By
Real Estate Agent with Vandenburg Properties

Miami Condo Lifestyle has added WalkScore rankings and local lifestyle map searches to every one of the over 400 condo buildings in Miami and Miami Beach.

Since over 90 percent of our buyers come from out of town or overseas, they must start their searches on the Internet.

Our clients tell us that this information is extremely helpful.

We have several neighborhoods in which many of the buildings rank over 90 which is considered a "Walker's Paradise"!!

These include South Beach condos, Brickell condos, Coconut Grove condos, Coral Gables condos and Sunny Isles Beach condos.

Miami Condos for walkers

Just click on the individual building names in our community pages for access to thwe Local Lifestyle Map and Walk Score.

Walk Score deifnes f a score of below 50 th be "Car Dependent",  50 to 75  as "Somewhat Walkable" 75 to 90 as "Very Walkable" and over 90 as a "Walker's Paradise"

One of northern communities "Aventura" has mainly low "Somewhat Walkable" scores but the city has addressed the problem with a series of small shuttles bus routes that can transport local residents to the "Walkable" hubs in Aventura.

There is one shuttle sevice which runs up and down Collins Avenue from Bal Harbour to South Beach with one hour trips every hour stopping at Lincoln Road (Ritz-Carlton), the W South Beach, the Fontainebleau, Ball Harbour Shops and One Bal Harbor.  This might be a great shuttle to proespect for the really high end luxury clients we have or possibly their service staff!!!HA!!

There are multiple Bus routes throughout Miami-Dade county that work for residents and visitors as well.

When one clicks on the "Bigger Map" feature. this opens a complete list of all the amenities in the area.
