Kerry, I love to read and have read about half of them.  I will have to bookmark for later reading.  You missed one of my favorites of all time; The magic of Thinking Big by David Schwartz.  He has not passed on but is one of my all time favorites.

Sure, I call out for readers last month to give me their favorites.  Where were you?  Can you comment under my post....?  Or would you rather I just reblog this?  And, thanks for a great post.

@ Marshel -- Thanks so much for the suggestion!  I will have to add it to my ever-growing list!  :-)

@ Suzanne --  I will definitely stop by and comment on your post, but feel free to re-blog!

@ Mary Kay -- Have to admit that I have "thrived on chaos" a bit over the years, so the title is intriguing.

Did you say "Four-Hour Work Week"???

Never heard of that book, but it sounds great!

I'm going to find that one, as soon as I have time.  :)

Hang-in there...you can blog 30 in 30!!  What I am shooting for, is to make new contacts all over the country and in Canada.  One agent commented the other day and when I went to read one of her blogs to comment, she said her goal was to provide more comments than she receives.  She was up to 10,000 and she had received approx. 10250!!  It's a great philosophy and one I am committing myself to.  What's writing blogs if you can't learn something, too.  Although, I learn a lot from comments on my blogs, too.  I've only had one featured blog since I've become more active, and I am so enjoying meeting so many new people through blogging.  I will certainly try to read some of your book suggestions, they sound wonderful.  I have one that is not on your list that is a must read.

It's a great book.  Real Estate te Rome Way!!  Margaret is a Realtor in the Balitmore area, and if you haven't been introduced to her yet, feel free to visit her blog.  She is fabulous.  In fact, a few months ago she was at an ActiveRain Camp in DC and had the pleasure of sitting next to Lenn Harley who is the #2 blogger on Active Rain.  Margaret was a speaker at the Rain Camp and that day Lenn was surprised with a celebration on ther 1,000,000 blog.  It was great.

Keep up the good work, and good luck with your 30 blogs in 30 days.

@ Gail -- Thanks so much for the recommendation!  I've definitely heard of the book, but haven't picked it up... yet!  :-)

@ Bruce -- I love that the 4-Hour Work Week caught your eye.  I have about 50 pages left to read, but it's been such an inspiration.  It's helped me to open my mind a bit and think of new ways to supplement my current income so that I can go from an 80 to 90 hour work week to 45 to 50 hours.  :-)  Long term, I'm not sure that I need to get down to 4 hours a week, but under 20 would be fantastic!

I'm looking forward to reading it.  It's a good idea to have multiple revenue streams.
