Driving across the boarder from Nevada to California...

California

Boy were we afraid to pick the California Golden Poppy flowers growing up. We thought the police would get us...

We crossed over into Nevada to go to the Nevada State Railroad Museum. 1.5 hours, one way... When we got there, it was closed! All the borchures stated that it was open 7 days a week... I guess budget cuts has forced it to close tues-thursday. So my son was so sad, as he is only 3 years old. It was hard to explain to him why it was closed...

So here I was coming back to California...
