Family outings available today in the GTA:
- The Labour Day parade - starts on University Ave. between Dundas St. W and Richmond St. W ~ 7:30 am and will run west on Queen St W to Dufferin St then turn south to the Dufferin Gates and then enter the C.N.E.
- The last day of the C.N.E. - as a youth, the C.N.E. was a must event every year. Now I am content to visit every few years, if you haven't been in a while, consider it.
- The Toronto Zoo
- Ontario Science Centre
- The ROM (Royal Ontarion Museum)
- The C.N. Tower
- Ontario Place
- Canada's Wonderland
- Brazilian Day festivities at Yonge-Dundas Square from 2 pm
- Italian Walk of fame - from 11 am - 3 pm on College St (between Grace and Clinton Streets)
Take the better way, use TTC - they are running their usual holiday schedules. GO is running their usual holiday schedules except on the Lakeshore line (regular service) to help people get to and from the Exhibition.
The weather looks good today... no rain and a forecast of the mid 70's (thats low 20's for people that like their temps in Celsius).
Enjoy the day, I hope you spend some quality family time. I will =)
