The City of Covington is looking for help in removing graffiti. On Saturday, September 11, 2010 at 8:45 AM, the city is holding its 2nd Annual Clean Covington Day. The city is asking for volunteers to come to the city's Maintenance Shop (at 180th and 256th Streets) and help remove graffiti around town. All supplies will be provided, but please wear clothing you won't mind getting dirty! Kids welcome with adult supervision and a breakfast snack will be provided.

I had a chance to help out with the Auburn Clean Sweep day. It was kinda fun, but I was pooped after spending a couple of hours landscaping one of the main meridians on Auburn Way.
