I just heard on the News - just las month alone we had 19,000 foreclosures!

Wow...that is an amazing number! It is also a very unfortunate result of a lot of poor practises within the industry and over extension by consumers.

I think that is the current number of loans past NOD status or in other words >90 days late, but not actually foreclosed upon... yet.
