Candidates should be looking to make more than
$250,000/year, and must be self-motivated professionals
who possess strong interpersonal and communication
skills with solid problem solving abilities. The
successful candidate must be willing to work in a team

We are looking for a licensed associate who possesses:
- At least 3 years relevant experience with demonstrated
understanding of commercial real estate valuation and
discounted cash flow analyses.
- (preferably) General knowledge of real estate terms,
market dynamics and financial analysis fundamentals (NPV,
IRR, NOI etc.)
- Bachelor of Science Degree from a four-year college or
university (preferably major in or emphasis in Real
Estate, Finance, or Economics). MBA is preferred.
- Highest degree of honesty, integrity, professionalism
and ethics. Very positive attitude, motivation to
succeed, and extreme sense of urgency is a must.
- Team-work orientation with the ability to work
effectively with individuals at all levels. (Ability to
work with C-level executives is a must.) Professional
presence is a must.
The ideal candidate will have experience with
sophisticated commercial real estate transactions,
including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and
leasing.
At this time, our primary focus is on the hospitality
industry in the USA and worldwide. We have a solid
stream of customers inquiring on hotels and resorts
properties. We also deal with buyers for local
commercial real estate such as apartment complexes,
shopping centers, etcetera.

As a First American Capital Properties Commercial
Associate, you will:
Have an exceptional ability to work in dynamic and
collaborative environment while working on multiple
assignments simultaneously.
Your duties will include the following:
- Contact and interview prospective customers to solicit
company services
- Prepare property summaries, offers, contracts, and
reports
- Accompany prospective customers on property tours
- Manage due diligence and closing activities
- Review financial analysis, contracts, environmental
reports, and etcetera
- Prioritize prospective and existing customers based on
information of financing, construction, appraisal,
environmental, title, and similar matters
The
successful candidate will be provided with all needed
marketing tools, including commercial real estate leads,
as well as other systems and tools. You task will be to
build and maintain customer relationships and close
transactions. This is a tremendous income generating
