Home Stager with Staged First Impressions

Listing photographs are what home buyers see first on the Internet when shopping for a new home. Let buyers see beautiful listing photos of your home so that they want to schedule a showing and see it in person. The first impression most buyers get is from the colorful pictures on the web's MLS.

Staged Photography can make your listing photographs stand out from the rest. We're here for you, New Hampshire home sellers.

Sue - it looks great.  Your work and photography is fantastic.  Love the outdoor shots.  The show and links work, the only thing I would do is take your show off autoplay otherwise every time someone visits your blog, even to view future posts it will begin to play.  If you post a few they will all play simultaneously.  If you go to your manage show page you will see a check box for autoplay - you'll need to uncheck it.

BEAUTIFUL.  A lot of agents (and sellers) totally underestimate the importance of a good photo.  Most agents realize that if the curb appeal is nill, some buyers won't even get out of the car.  The same holds true for photographs.  If the photos stink, the buyer may not even check "Save Listing". They'll just go on to the next one, as there are so many homes on the market to choose from...the ones with better photos are certainly going to be favored.

Hi Sue -- Great work -- I enjoyed the photos and they are done so nicely.  I had a question on what happens after the pictures are taken -- do the props remain until the property is sold?  I had one experience where the photos were staged and then when the buyers went to the property, they were very disappointed because everything looked so different than the photos -- Just wondering how this is handled.

Joan, with staged photography alone, no the props don't stay. And this keeps the price down.  If the home is fully staged with an agreement on props, then yes the props stay.

I appreciate your comment and your question on disappointed buyers. But I don't think accessories change a home any more than make-up changes the basic bones of a beautiful face.

Luring buyers in to schedule a showing is what the goal is here. And it works.
