Hello Derek, Being familiar with these older homes in Ohio, it was nice to see one in almost original condition. As I recall, the floors were a hardwood. Very nice listing and all the best in getting under contract. I grew up in a huge old Victorian home and recall sitting on the floor register in my bedroom on cold nights while I studied when I was in school. Not the smartest thing to do but when it is cold , it was great!
Thanks for the comments. It is a great house and we priced it very well. The slideshow doesn't show all the neat details in the home. I hope it sells quickly!
