- Lowest home sale price was $70,000.
- these last two numbers have not changed since the report from 8/22/2010.
- Median home sale price was $400,000
- down slightly from $410,600 in the report from 8/22/2010.
- Toal Market Volume of Single Family Homes sold in Shrewsbury, MA over the past 3 Months is $37,628,707
- UP from $35,656,969 in the report from 8/22/2010.
So we appear to have an increase in sales & volume and a decrease in price. Time will tell if this trend continues.
