As you may recall, I began this summer with tons of things to do...most importantly to get through real estate classes, take and pass the state exam, and survive!!!
First of all, I did make it through school, and I am now a graduate of Hondros College's Real Estate program. I took the state exam and passed on my first try!!
"The Girl" did indeed go to France for 2 weeks...and I thank GOD I was in school the whole time! I would've been a nervous wreck had I been sitting at work, staring at the computer screen and fretting about what might be happening overseas. Luckily, she had a fantastic time, and I got lots o'goodies from my 'little girl'. Mom's rock!!
"The Boy" made it through freshman football practice, and they had their first game this past Thursday. The Eagles won 18-6...yay!!! And every boy who got knocked down got back up. More things to be grateful for!!

I never did make it to Cedar Point, but there's still time for Halloweekends! And my son did take me to the Browns pre-season game against the Lions last week! We didn't win, but Brady Quinn was FANTASTIC!!! Yes, just about every female in the Cleveland area is swooning right about now...yours truly included! Actually, my son looks amazingly like Brady! That fact kind of creeps out his big sister, but her friends all think it's neat!
One of my predictions was that you'd be seeing my signs in yards by next summer.
Well, I didn't have to wait that long! Check this out! Now I just need to sell it for my clients. I'm having a Twilight Tour Open House this coming Thursday night, so keep your fingers crossed for me!
As for my sanity?? Well, I think I made it through quite nicely. And I'm more excited than ever about this wonderful career of mine!! Bad market?? I refuse to listen to the media. I'll continue doing what I'm doing, living by the Golden Rule, and great things will continue to come my way!!
And I also want to thank everyone here on Active Rain who has been so supportive of me this year. Every time I come here, I feel like I've come home. How appropriate for a Real Estate site, doncha think?? : )
