Marketing Homes in Laveen

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams

I am expanding my marketing technigues each and every day.  Looking for new avenues to ensure my clients receive the most exposure possible.  I am trying out a few new avenues such as..

http://agent.point2.com - It seems to be a better solution than Postlets, although it does cost a bit of change (unlike the free Postlets), however, unlike Postlets it does keep track of how many people have viewed your listings, from where, and if they clicked to view more details on the listing.

http://www.activerain.com - This one is fairly obvious.  Testing it out to see if traffic increases to my website or not.

http://www.trulia.com - I am not spending money on it, but Trulia does provide reports on how many people clicked and viewed the property in a search.  If Realtor.com had this option available I would love to see my stats their.  It is hard to justify paying for something without giving it a trial run first.

http://www.zillow.com - Again, only registered.  I am waiting to see how the yahoo zillow merger effects things.  So far REALTOR is king, but also is the most expensive.

All of these are paid for advertising, much like everything else in life, but you really pay for what you get.

Good to hear Deanne, do you use the Basic, Professional, or Premium?  Also, it looks like all listings need to be inserted manually.  Is their no auto upload from MLS?

I have the professional so I can have the blog. My last investor client (bought one home and has offers in on 2 more) came through my point 2 agent website so it does get SEO. You do have to input listings manually. Their is auto feedback to sellers though. They get a password to log in with. Also it is easy to syndicate listings to Craig's List and other places.
