Anyone work with Valigent REO/BPO Company? Do they pay?

Trying to reblog this, because I have an order awaiting and never have worked with them.  Anyone worked with them ever?

I am just hoping its not Evaluation Solutions trying to scam another way by changing there name.

I have worked with them. They do pay, but they will also accept voluntary BPO's. Make sure you work this out with the asset manager upfront. If you just do the BPO and submit it, it's unlikely you will get paid.

What do I need to work out with them, sorry I didn't understand your response.  I work with a lot of BPO companies and never have worked with them before and not sure how I got on there list but what do I need to clear up up front?

I've worked with evaluation solutions. I finally got paid for all my past orders, but that's because they got desperate for agents in our rural area. I told them I wouldn't do anymore orders until I got paid. I finally got a check after refusing several orders. I also told them, if they didn't pay me, I was going to put a lien on the properties. Of course I'm not going to do any more work for them.

Thanks for the heads up on this company.

Evaluation Solutions calls me about 5 times a week. They owe me and my broker alot of money.  They have changed there names to evalonline and I am sure something else will be up soon to.

But my question is Valigent as they have a pretty easy BPO order of things to do.  Drive by, CMA, Email Comp Listings from my MLS.  No forms were asked, and thats why I am concerned if something looks to good to be true, it usually is.

Hi, Dave:

When Evaluation Solutions calls you or your broker to do a BPO...tell them you would be happy to help them out if they can pay you for the past orders. This is the way I got paid. Of course I'm not going to do any more orders for them, but this worked. Another agent I know...told them if they didn't pay up, she was going to put liens against the properties. She also got paid. I'm trying to let everyone know about them, so no one gets jacked around with this company.

Does anyone have a phone number for a BPO company call Valigent? Or one with the initials UAM? Or the initials LFG?  I've worked for all three and have not been paid.  If you have any information, I'd sure appreciate it!

Thanks...
