Wow, the Huntsville/Madison area market update for August! August was quite a slower month for much of this area. It is definitely a buyers market with inventory high, prices dropping (in some areas) and interest rates at an all time low.
I am seeing an upswing in sales already for the month of September and can't wait to see what the numbers are.
