ListingBook

If this service is offered by your MLS GRAB it!  Intermountain MLS in Idaho and part of Oregon offers us this service and it's great.  Clients can search easily and really narrow down their criteria, sellers can see how many hits their listing is getting and can check up on the competition.  The data is updated constantly at least several times daily.

I especially like that they can filter out or filter in short sales and REO properties.

Every morning on my email there's a report of who is looking at what, I can send messages to my clients right from the site.  For example "The house on NW 10th is NICE - I don't think there's any reason it wouldn't finance".

There's a lot more to listingbook than that.  I know I'm only utilizing about 30% of what it could do.

Hi Kathy, I agree my clients love using Listingbook. They have videos on how to use the site so you can learn from your computer. Been using it for 3 years now.

We use it here in Southern California.  We know that the data is updated at 30 minutes and my clients love that fact they know they are getting the most up to date information out there.

Thank you guys, I'm starting to use more of the seller features now and that's great!  Talk about a "duh" moment why wasn't I doing that before!
