School has begun, is the real estate market dead? Absolutely not.

Attention Sellers!!!  Serious buyers are out right now and they could be looking for your home.  It's true that more buyers look in the summer so they could situate their kids before school starts.  But there are still buyers out there looking hard for their home.  It's not too late to put your home on the market.  Especially if you're home would be a regular transaction (not short sale), it will be a welcoming news to buyers and they will be motivated and excited to see it.
