The One That Got Away!

We've all had them, the Buyers on the hunt for the perfect home.  I've recently been working with some Buyers, Kevin and Sonja, a wonderful young couple with dreams of owning the perfect home in Prescott Arizona!  We had toured only a few homes when we found THE ONE - The one that fits all their criteria, the one in the perfect neighborhood, the one that comps out beautifully, the one that is not a short sale or bank owned....I mean "THE ONE".    

But "That One" got away because Kevin and Sonja didn't act when they found "The One".   You see, despite the fact that we are in a Buyers market, homes that are well cared for, clean, and priced competitively are selling.  Kevin, Sonja and I  are back to the drawing board, so to speak.  My dilemma, we have now toured more than 20 homes and each one is compared to "the one that got away".
