Yeah..I know not a word really...but it does...keep getting interesting..this Real Estate game that is.. Early on I figured out one very important thing...and that is... the Real Estate Community is a small one....you will more than likely see an agent on more than one occassion, in other transactions.
For instance....like today... I am writing an offer on a home that is listed by a listing agent who was not so nice to me many many months ago. The cliffs notes version are: My client made an offer on his listing, it was low...he got nasty, rejected the offer...ended up calling me back because he had to lower the price ...ended up selling if for $8K less than my client offered....
Fast forward...today I am showing homes...and guess what...I showed another one of his listings...and guess what...my clients like and and want to write on it.......This is going to get interesting...... stay tuned...
