Let me begin this post by saying that I have no good excuses for why this is so late in finishing up. I tried to think up a whole bunch of them that you might actually believe, but they all sounded corny. So I gave up and decided to tell the truth.
I dropped the ball.
For those of you who are now wondering what in the world I'm talking about, let me explain. I ran a contest this past May called the Active Rain Nationwide Survey. Those who participated could earn points, but they had to do a market report and a blog. We never got the points awarded. I swear, it was Bob Stewart's wedding that got me off track.
So, with deep apologies to those who participated, and in an effort to right the wrongs...I have pleaded with the powers at Active Rain to award the points broader and further than originally intended.
To those who completed the assignment in full, 1500 bonus points will be awarded. This includes:
Anna Krutchen
Lottie Kendell
Allison Stewart
Deborah Byron
Leslie Ebersole
Pam Rucknegel
Betsy Dodek
Lanre Folayah
Lee and Carol Barbour
Jean-Paul Peron
Troy Trumm
Irene Kennedy
Richard Strahm
Cindy Jones
Kathryn Maguire
Rebecca Gaujot
To those who completed 90% of the assignment, we will award 1000 bonus points. This includes:
Chanta Cadenhead
Candice Donofrio
Susan Laxson
Vickie Nagy
Terri Stephens
Andrea Swiedler
Maria Morton
Marilyn Boudreaux
Martin Kalisker
Pat Baker
Lina Robertson
Bill Swanson
Andrew Lenza
Ruthmarie Hicks
Deborah Wilson
Carla Muss-Jacobs
Erica Ramus
Julia Odom
Dorie Dillard
Gary Steuernagel
Lenn Harley
Steve and Jan Bachman
Josh Sweeney
Brenda Carus
And finally, because I am SUCH a nice guy, I have conviced the AR points people to award 500 points to those who completed 80% of the assignment. This includes:
Juli Vosmik
Leslie Deluca
Gene Riemenschneider
Monica Atherton
Dee Dee Riley
Margaret Rome
Linda Powers
Rich Cederberg
Linda Humphrey
J Philip Faranda
Chris Olsen
Melinda Peterson
Paul Silver
Joye Ridgeway
Sharon Parisi
Mark Montross
Glenn Roberts
Patricia Kennedy
I want to thank everyone for participating in our Nationwide Active Rain Realtor Nationwide Survey. It was interesting to see the market from a 30,000 foot viewpoint. We'll do it again sometime in the future, so be watching for that. And when we do, I'll award the tracking and point giving out to someone who is more responsible!
I promise!
