Proudly because we are blessed to live under its' protection, optimistically because Americans of all ethnic, national and religious backgrounds can work together to defeat any threat to our cherished freedoms.
While it is a time to reflect, remember and honor those who lost their lives due to hatred of our American way of life it is also a time to give thanks that our American way of life provides the strength that has and will continue to overcome those who mean to destroy us.
