The strong buyers market continues but we have seen a drop in inventory which is great news. Buyers still have a great selection to choose from but it's encouraging to see the drop.
These August stats for the four counties served by our Western NC Regional MLS reflect an increase in closed sales which is especially welcome.
Great interest rates continue and I can't imagine a better time for buyers/investors in a position to purchase than now. Come see what all gorgeous Western NC has to offer.
