CREATE YOUR MARKET

By
Real Estate Agent with The Diamond Group @ Keller Williams

In any market it can be a remarkable market!  Act your Wage.  Gary Keller in 'Shift' says that we must successfully implement the twelve tactics outlined in his book to succeed in the market of the moment.

Acting your wage means you are thinking you deserve the wage before you earn it.  Average is as average does and Good is as Good does, but GREAT is as GREAT does!

Truly understand what it is to become what you want to become because what you focus on expands.  Create and live the calendar of a GREAT agent because it is this simple to become the person you want to be.

Thoughts come before actions and actions must come before results.  You must think and ACT in such a way as to realize your goals.

As we learned in BOLD, it's not about selling real estate, it's about following a schedule.  Create a schedule of a great agent, follow it, and it will happen.
