In my Probate Real Estate system, I teach my investors students who are not directly working with me on how to connect with local real estate agents and develop a network which can bring great dividends.  You as a Probate Investor need real estate agents so you can gain the tools they use to help you buy and sell probates.  If you are earning  $25K to $50K per SFR Probate flip then making your agent a 3% commission really makes sense.  You will be a priority to this agent and will reap the benefit. But It get's better!

Probate Agents are a rare breed.  Probably less than 5% of real estate agents work probate homes on a regular basis.  They are losing out on Six Figures per year just acting as an agent so you smart probate investors out there should educate them on what you have learned about Probate and how they can work with you.  Now we don't teach them everything about probate flips but just enough to earn them a great extra income and you a better machine in your buying and selling.

I teach my Probate student Investors how to send all the probate leads to their network agents where the estate wants high retail or to list on the regular market and wait out a sale.   We don't need these leads as we are looking for now business as a flipper but your agents in your network will be thrilled to have these leads.  You will turn over the petitioner or executor name, address and phone and all the pertinent information on the subject probate property.  If they are good agents they can pitch the estate for the listing or if they are one of my DF Probate trained agents they can double end the sale and earn 4-6% while their fellow agents in the office don't have a clue how they did this.
