Anne:  I think most folks are used to townhouses with a one car garage.  Anything with a two car garage is considered a "luxury" townhouse to many.

Ellen:  It's a tricky one because the tenants are in the townhouse until June.  I don't know of any primary residence buyers willing to wait that long to get into their new home.
