Pasadena Home Stagers - Hacienda Heights Home Staging Photos

By
Home Stager with Moving Mountains Design Home Staging, Pasadena, CA

Last week we staged this terrific Hacienda Heights home for on of our San Gabriel Valley real estate investors.

We have staged or currently have 4 homes staged for this investor since the beginning of the year. She has gathered a team to help sell her homes - a great real estate agent, Ben Tong, GoGo Realtors, and a professional home stager who understand the market where her investments are located. This real estate investor knows Moving Mountains Design will put together the most cost effective staging packages to help sell her real estate assets.

Here's some before and after photos of this Hacienda Heights home staging project:

Michelle- it's easy to see based on your staging why the Investors have partnered with you to help them sell their properties.  Even with pristine and brand new properties, vacant homes still can seem cold, making it hard for a buyer to imagine themselves in it.

Kathy: Thank you! This home was not new construction, but previously occupied. Regardless, vacant homes which are not staged are devoid of any life or appeal. Staging helps spark the imagination and adds warmth.

Incredible.  I love how you tied the existing drapes to that of the persian rug that you brought in. Gorgeous staging (as always).

Congratulations. Your home staging is being featured in the group Staging Before and After Pictures.

You really did make the window coverings....which are not particularly attractive when that is all you see in a vacant room....work!  ANOTHER GREAT Staging!!!!

Thanks, Gilles!

Kathy: The window coverings in the bedroom were especially difficult to work with - very dark and heavy. But I think it all works now. Thanks!

Gorgeous as always, Michelle! May I ask: what is that "black thing" on the wall in the master bedroom?

Connie: What black thing? :o) "That black thing" is a window shade that couldn't be removed nor can it be raised or lowered. Its one of those things we sometimes come across that we have to "stage around".

Beautifully done, Michelle. That's a big living area. An empty room that large often leaves perspective buyers confused about how to place their furniture. They think they need "tons of stuff". You took all the confusion out of it and created a warm and inviting room.

Great job with the bedroom windows. I've never understood the whole "tie in the middle" look. I always thought it looked like the homeowner could not afford 2 pair of curtains, so they split a pair. These draperies do not look cheap and skimpy. So, what were they thinking?

You nailed it!

Thanks Palma! This is an investor owned house. The drapes were there when she purchased it. I actually brought new drapery with me to replace the existing in the master bedroom, but I was able to make them work. Also I needed to keep these drapes to help balance the black shade (not removable) in between.
