Perky Coffee (719-544-1278) at 421 N. Main St in the Lobby, the corner of 5th and Main in the Historic Federal Building. Well known for their coffee and free WiFi, Perky Coffee in now serving homemade ice cream. Soon adding sandwiches and soups - great news for those of us downtown or in the same building.  The Federal Building is home for 7 artists, 1 Mortgage company, a security company, Liberty Hearing Center and Colorado Western Real Estate.

Perky Coffee is also the place I get my house warming gifts. Holli puts together a gift bag of mugs, teas, cookies and coffee for new home owners. Included in the bag is a tea ball and a punch card or two for those who want to stop in a get an individual cup of something hot. Holli, Candice and Larry wonder job!

Nope, land day requires the following things: a car trip, 40+/- acres and / or cows and horses. Perky Coffee is downstairs from my office! They keep me supplied with soda and the Fed Ex guy leaves packages with them. I'm also going to start co-marketing with them. They give away punch cards to people. For every 10 punches you get a free cup of coffee - my contact information is going on the back of these cards. What do you think? Good idea or not? And no, my contact info won't get punched out.

Dena, I say you have the patrons save 10 coffee top lids and you'll meet 'em downstairs to buy 'em a muffin or cookie. :)

Dena, with you and Linda Davis pushing ice cream today I am going to have to go out and get some.

Just one question though, is Perkey Coffee anything like Perkey Women??? :)

Great, thanks a lot Chris. It's bad enough I carry a camera every where I go now I have to stop and look at every label in the stores. I wonder if this could be part of the Lowes Realtor Benefits program? Look what you started George!

Dena, that coffee, vanilla thing sounds wonderful. Much better than a jamoco from Arby's.

Perky Coffee sounds like an awful nice neighbor to have.  You can't beat home made ice cream.  I'd  have to keep myself from eating ice cream every day.
