Someone asked me the other day, What do you do for a living? I replied, I make business more pleasurable. And we went on from there.
If you think about it if you are keeping in touch with your customers, past, future and present you will be helping them to feel good about the decision they made to do business with you. It makes it pleasurable for them. You on the other hand get a great repuation, more referrals, more $$, but more than that you get to rest easy knowng you are treating people right and that is the pleasurable part for you.
The pleasure comes from the phone ringing and a new customer says Hi , Joanne sent me, she says your'e the best, when can we get started.
