"Fair Oaks Plaza" is the name of a Senior Housing project that is currently being developed at: 660 Fair Oaks Ave, Sunnyvale.
Partnering with the Mid-Peninsula Housing is the City of Sunnyvale and Santa Clara County to create "Fair Oaks Plaza". The project will cost approximately $37.6 million, with funding from Google, Union Bank, the Housing Authority of Santa Clara County and others.
This project is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2011. The housing units will include a community center, computer lab, fitness center and a courtyard; in addition each unit will have either a private balcony or patio. There will be a total of 124 units, the site will conveniently be situated directly next to a Valley Health Clinic, and only a half mile from the Sunnyvale Senior Center .
