When this Drought Is Over, Where Will You Be?

Real Estate Broker/Owner with M3 Realty
When this drought is over, where will you be positioned? Have you been tending to the right things and keeping your flock accounted for? The recession will not last forever. Yes... 10% of the population is unemployed. But that must mean that 90% ARE STILL EMPLOYED. It's not easy but it's possible to stay afloat and heading in the right direction. We all tend to get swayed by the negative newscasts. What is your plan for the end of the recession? Will you hit the ground running or will you already be in motion. Will you still be stuck on stupid or stuck in analysis paralysis? Do you realize that YOU have the choice of where you will be 1, 3 or 5 years from now?

Very true we have probably 83 percent employed but there is fear in the people.  It causes them to hide and put their money away.  Yes, when it is over the dam will burst and away we go again.

Hey Darren, At Family Reunion in 2009 Gary said "The next 18 months will probably be the owost you've ever seen" or something to that effect. I think his timing was off a bit - it's happening now. But that may be regional too. But YEAH - this is the time to be sowing the seeds!

Elite..; get that kayak ready, for when the dam does burst you want to be riding that wave!

Guys - thanks for the positive attitude. The Glass Is Half Full!

Pat, very well said --- as the media likes to leave out - there are still 90% EMPLOYED, and our confidence level in the general public needs to be bolstered.     Very nice piece of land - it looks peaceful!
