Zillow Premier Agent - How would you advertise this?

By
Real Estate Agent with MacWin Consulting

I work with Cinda Rose at The West Valley Home Team and we signed up to become a Zillow Premier Agent in the 85340 zip code. While she has already gotten 10-15 good leads in the last 2-3 weeks, we would of course like more! My question is "How would you advertise this"? We have thought of using door hangers emphasizing that:

We have added it to our website, plan on using it in our advertising in The West Valley Magazine and including it on our business cards as well.

Thoughts anyone? How else can we use the Zillow investment to get leads and drive traffic to our site? Any advice or past experience would be appreciated.

Todd,

At Lifehouse we have had mixed results on door hangers.  The benefit is that they are relatively cheap and can be distributed personally or at low cost.  I think our average number handed out recently was less than 200.  Previously when we handed out 1000 or more we seemed to get at least some response.  With the 200 hangers put on doors we have seen almost no results.  And it is a little work and money to hand out even that many.   I would say hand out over a 1000 in carefully selected neighborhoods.  Make one side colorful and brief but informative...maybe only the name and a brief summary of what you are offering.  If you want to seek feedback put a coupon for a free gift or something on the back.   On the back, I would still be brief, using catchy phrases and yet clearly informative.  Too much information will be overlooked.

Let me know how it works out.....maybe over wings [?]

blessings,

Paul

Thanks Paul, have you been to www.3000doorhangers.com? I have had others who have used their service who were extremely happy.
