PRICES REDUCED ON BOTH LOTS NINE AND TEN, NORTH SHORE HEIGHTS, MADELINE ISLAND - LAPOINTE, WISCONSIN 54850

Here's an idea for a buyer who wants to be able to enjoy Lake Superior and the Apostle Islands without the higher property taxes associated with a waterfront lot.

Buy lots nine and ten in the North Shore Heights subdivision on Madeline Island and get nearly eleven acres of woods and views, with deeded lake access and shared use of dock and beach, for a lot less than you'd pay for a three-acre waterfront lot.

North Shore Heights subdivision on Madeline Island

Lot Nine is now priced at $57,500 and Lot Ten is  now priced at $56,900. Both lots offer wooded privacy and dramatic ravine views, with deeded lake access just a short distance from your future homesite.  Lot nine fronts on private Stockton Road, where a trail on the cul-de-sac leads you to beach and dock, with a view of five islands!

  • Lower property taxes than a waterfront lot
  • More wooded privacy
  • Deeded use of dock and beach, with fabulous sunset views
  • Future option to sell off one of these two platted lots

This is an excellent and very creative idea, Eric.  A great way to market these properties and to overcome the objection before it is stated about the waterfront poperties.  Pre-inspection, pre-objection-if you like the alliteration. There was no other reason to mention pre-inspection.  Hmmm, I promise I will move on before more craziness surfaces.
