Braemar Property Values: July-August 2010 (Carriage Series)

The slight fall chill in the air tells us it's time to take a look back at the last two month's of sales activity in Braemar In this Braemar Property Value Report, we'll focus on the sales activity for Braemar homes in the Carriage Series in July and August 2010..

What's a Carriage Series home?  That's easy.  These are single family homes with detached garages.  (Of course, not all Carriage home have a garage.  Some homes chose to have only asphalt where the garage would normally sit.) The models that make up the Carriage Series homes are:  Maplewood, Norwood, Oakdale and Parkdale.

Braemar Property Values in the Carriage Series homes was done this report to $297,380.  That's a 6.8% decresse since last report.  Howver, year over year, Braemar Carriage Homes have seen a 1.5% increase in average sales price.

If you placed your Braemar Carriage Home on the market and priced it to current market conditions, you could expect to have your home under contract in a little over one and a half months time.  You could also expect a Buyer to ask for 1.5% of the sales price in closing cost assistance.
