If you love to text like I do, you will love this site. http://www.housefront.com/ has a number that you can text 46873 (HOUSE) any address and zip code to and it will instantly return:
the current owner, how much they paid, square footage and the approximate value. How cool is that? Of course it is just an estimation, and you should verify any info with your realtor, but it is another neat tool you can use for those of you that just need to know now!
