My First Client Recommendation Letter!
Remember what it was like when you first fell in love? When your first child was born? When your first child took their first step? Well this is not like that. But it feels pretty darn close! The prep, the study time, the money invested, working for that first sale, getting a few sales, getting a couple over-priced listings (never again!), having to start my business over TWICE!
So I work hard, collect my commission check, it's gone the next day because I am just starting out and bills have to be paid; and that is the reward...right? Right? Well that and knowing you have done your best and the client has benefited from your work. But THIS! Now THIS is a reward worth waiting for! My first letter of recommendation! Ahhh... puts the spring back in my step! Makes me wonder why I didn't work up the guts to ask for one sooner!
I hope you will indulge my sharing:
In March of 2010 my husband and I started looking into buying our first home. While visiting an open house we met Diane Huffman. She was very warm and enthusiastic while showing us the home and we were impressed so much that we decided to make her our realtor. We sat down that same day and discussed what we wanted in a house, available houses in the area, and made an appointment to meet the next Saturday to go out looking at houses.
From the start, Diane was very enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to help us find our home. It was very refreshing to find a realtor that was so excited and committed to finding the right home that fit our needs and budget. Diane always provided us with individual personal attention and treated my husband and I as though we were her most important priority. Diane also was tireless and creative in finding homes for us and often thinking outside the box with prospective ideas.
Ironically enough, after looking at countless homes we decided on the first house we had looked at. Throughout the paperwork process Diane worked with our mortgage broker, the seller’s realtor, as well as the site builder with efficiency and professionalism. She kept us up-to-date on where we were in the process, provided insight into the home buying process, and spent many hours following up on questions or concerns we had. She was always only an email or phone call away and was prompt in returning calls or emails.
Throughout the home buying process Diane was invaluable as a resource for my husband and I especially as first time home buyers. We were more than happy with her service and would recommend her in an instant to future home buyers.
Sincerely,
Cynthia and Ron
