Thanks for the clip Shashank.  I personally do not subscribe to the doom and gloom either.  There hasn't been a better time to buy in years.  Out in our neck of the woods, someone who is paying $1500 per month for rent, can own that very same home for $850-900 per month on a new mortgage.  It is definitely a great time to purchase...
