We are interested in talking to college students, recent college graduates, and experienced licensed professionals about coming aboard. The compensation for the positions is commission based. The Jordon Wheeler Group was formed in November 2009 as a real estate brokerage for the metro Atlanta area. I am the principal broker, and I have been licensed since 2003. We are a small firm looking to add six to ten agents in the next year. We have experience in residential sales throughout all parts of metro Atlanta.
Our Service Commitment is
- Answer the phone within three rings when possible. If not possible and a message is left, calls are returned within 24 hours.
- Provide our clients with multiple ways of communicating with us and establish a preference with each client. The preference of communication includes method (email, voicemail, text messaging, etc.) and frequency (hourly, daily, weekly).
- Review our listings at least once per week as a team and develop best practices for effective marketing. Because agents are independent contractors, agents are not required to participate.
- Follow up within 30 days after closing, and within 90 days after closing, to evaluate client satisfaction and approval of preferred resources the client used.
- Always say, 'thank you' to everyone we service.
