Peaks and Valleys

Today, we are faced with many challenges in the Real Estate world and it is how we handle these challenges that determines where we will go.  Do you want to be on a Peak or in a Valley?  Guess what, WE choose our own destination in every situation because it is all in how we react.

On our way to a peak there will be valleys but it is our choice as to how short/long of time we are in the valley and it is also our choice as to how short/long our time is on the peak.  We can try to out smart our common sense while working on a transaction believing that we will make it to the peak but when we take an honest look at some of our transactions/deals do we lie to ourselves because we are desparate and keep ourselves in the valley longer.

We know when we are on a peak and when we are in a valley, we need to be honest with ourselves.  I am shooting for the Peaks and will learn to travel my valley's in stride so my peaks are my personal reward.

Be true to yourself and you will travel to your peaks.

I love the peaks, it seems like we are in a very long valley right now and only the strong with a big vision wills survive.  I don't care what they say about the recession being over, I think we are still a ways.

Hi Mary,

Thanks for commenting.  I like the Peaks as well and all we can do is remain positive with all the obstacles we encounter.

Ann,

Interesting post. If we react quick enough in the valley our time there should be short, keeping our time on the peaks longer. As a believer in the "Law of Attraction", I use these keys daily, 1) stay true to your purpose, 2) believe in your dreams, 3) focus on the positive, 4) be happy, 5) do the things that make you feel good.

Good luck!
