Sedona AZ Home market and the surrounding Verde Valley markets are getting primed for investors. Recently, I have seen Sedona properties picked up through a foreclosure, spruced the place up a bite, and relisted. That is happening more and more throughout Cottonwood and Sedona as prices continue to fall. I have even been told that we have investors in the under 100K range in Cottonwood who are buying townhomes site unseen. Nationally, the investor's have brought up 1/5 of all properties and with the tax credit gone - I see that going up as prices continue to fall in the Sedona AZ Home market.
