With Tax Credit Gone Sedona AZ Homes rip for Investors

Sedona AZ Home market and the surrounding Verde Valley markets are getting primed for investors.  Recently, I have seen Sedona properties picked up through a foreclosure, spruced the place up a bite, and relisted.  That is happening more and more throughout Cottonwood and Sedona as prices continue to fall. Supply is up here and the sales down which means prices are dropping.
