The Tarryown RiverWalk Pathway Is Now Open, Come Enjoy The Breathtaking Views Of The Hudson River!

The long awaited Tarrytown Riverwalk project has been completed and is now open for your pleasure.  A ribbon cutting ceremony was held August 10, 2010 to celebrate this segment of the Riverwalk project.  The Riverwalk is a planned 51.5 mile pathway paralleling the Hudson Rivers, so you can imagine the views.  It links village centers, historic sites, parks and river access points through a connection of trails, boardwalks, and esplanades.

The Tarrtyown segment covers one mile of pathway that travels through developed areas, steep hills, and a 100 foot long footbridge that covers a deep stream gorge.  The pathway will offer visitors information on the Hudson River and Lyndhurst, benches, and overlook areas to admire the amazing views.  Come and enjoy This new project, Tarrytowns center, and the all new Hudson Harbor development!
