One day, a lady calls me after finding my number on the internet. She wants to sell her 4-plex and Stage® the main floor (where she lives). She admits that she needs help in the accessories and color choices, but also in the disposition of her furniture.

3 visits and 4 days later, she received an offer at the price she asked for! 2 weeks after her 4-plex was on the market, it was official, her house was sold!
