Don't forget the Bread Pudding!  It is the best!  The Music and Cajun Dancing is fun for all.  Lots of dancers travel all the way from Louisiana for the event each year.  Everyone is welcome to try.

The last Saturday of September each year year from 11 AM until 10 PM.  Go to PR 37 in Lake Hills and follow the cars!  You will be shuttled from the parking lot of several parking areas.  The shuttle is FREE and provided each year by volunteers.  This is truly a community wide event for all of Medina Lake and surrounding communities.

Ricki, While I am thrilled to be back in my own home state I am disappointed I can't enjoy the change of season in DFW.  I also am bummed I can't attend these kinds of events where the community truly comes out and plays.  My bigesst disappointment in this regard is missing the State Fair that is about to begin in another week.  Thanks for sharing the fun.

Hi Larry,  Glad you are back.  Hope it is good for you.  Fairs and festivals are so much fun. Never enough time to do all the things we want to do. :)

Hi Carl & Ceil,   Sounds good doesn't it?  I could use some of that fine Bread Pudding right now myself.  Judi should come over and bring some of hers!
