The bargain-priced homes including foreclosures are often attracting offers quickly, and some of the banks are responding quickly. Last week I had a client who wanted 2 different homes, and both of them were placed under contract right away. He learned that you have to act immediately if you want a steal of a deal after missing out on 2 homes that he really wanted.
We have ths client set up to receive our automatic emails of the new listings that come one the market, so his plan is to move immediately on the next one he sees that he likes. Since there's an inspection time period, he plans to take his time checking out the home during the due diligence time period.
