Data only represents home sales (including condos) that were recorded in Cincinnati MLS, so new construction, for sale by owners, or homes ONLY offered in Dayton MLS are not a part of these figures. Data is grouped by the major zip codes in Warren County.
For the most recent data, there is a marked decrease in homes actually Sold in July & August for almost all zip codes after the June push to achieve the tax credits.
Showings have been sporadic over the last month despite extremely low interest rates.
