Well, I've gone ahead and moved to Venice Florida. We are located in one of the most beautiful places in Florida. I am starting my business all over again and having to learn their MLS and IMAPP systems. The market here is picking up somewhat. The town of Venice is mostly populated with 65 and older, but we have a fast growing number of younger families moving in. I love the area and so have the friends and family that have visited me. I will let you know how the business goes once I get started. The best is we are close to Sarasota and great restaurants, theater, and the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

I have added you to my associates list. Please let me know if you need any information about Venice. As a Commercial agent mostly in Venice for the past 2 years, I have come to realize Venice is about a lot more than "being near Sarasota". Venice has some amazing beaches, parks, professional business organizations, restaurants, entertainment and more in its own right. You'd be surprised how many people have "escaped" Sarasota to find a haven in Venice, and I am talking about business people in their 20s, 30s, & 40s, not retirees, and young families as well. I hope I can be of some service to you, and perhaps one day, one of your clients seeking a home or condo might also like a nice office or retail space, too!
