When a client spills their guts all over your desk do them a favor; retain your dignity and help them regain theirs then act like it never happened. The Japanese call it saving face; I call it common courtesy. They are stressed and when they see you respect them they will respect you and your professional relationship will advance.
If we are confident and positive about our market and our world we can impart that energy to the people with whom we come in contact. When they feel confident and positive they can move forward in a manner that benefits them and we've done our job.
My wise Grandma once said : "We move toward what we're thinking. A worry is a prayer for defeat. A dream is a move toward success. We choose every day."
