Home Buying Tip: The Heart of a Teacher. When you are looking for a real estate agent one question you should ask is are they a teacher. Can they learn about your wants and desires so they can better educate you in the search? Can they explain all of the options to you? Can they answer your questions? Can they answer in words that you understand?
Patience is a virtue. Patience is a necessity during real estate transactions. There are over 180 steps in each real estate transaction. That means there are plenty of steps that need to be explained anf for something to get delayed. Keeping a calm cool head during the question period and while dealing with these issues can mean a world of difference to the outcome.
Listen to understand. In order to truly understand what you want and need in a home your real estate agent must listen to your goals. They have to internalize that information and then help you to understand any intricacies that may be involved.
Protect your students. By explaining and reviewing all the information your real estate agent educates you so you can make good decisons. Helping you make the best decisions is how we protect your best interests.
Home Buying Tip: The Heart of a Teacher. Contracts change constantly. New regulations are implemented all the time. New precedents are set in real estate law everyday. Real estate agents stay abreast of these changes to ensure they protect their clients. Is your agent a teacher?
