Moon Man by Bob Haywood

I was out showing houses in Tulsa the other day when I saw something strange below an outside staircase.  I went to take a look and found this little guy.  I nicknamed him the "moon man" because he kind of looks like the man on the moon.

He is missing a part of his right cheek, but I love the expression on his face.  And yes, he is hollow, in case you were wondering.

What is he for?  What was he made for?  I'm not sure.  But he was doing a great job keeping an eye on the bottom of those stairs!
