The Truth is Out There! Ask me about Keller Williams IF YOU DARE!

By
Real Estate Agent with JKL Realty Group, Inc.

I'm an Associate Broker at a Keller Williams Office. I can't hold back from talking about this fantastic company! If you've ever had questions about us, or you've heard rumors you want to check out, ASK ME!  But I warn you - I interviewed 9 other brokerages before enterring the field and I've spend one year at a traditional real estate company and 1 year at an online brokerage, so I have a background to stand on.

I really enjoy sharing the truth, so ASK ME!  anything goes.

Hi Ki,

Thank you for your response.  Yes, I spend two years at two other brokerages, and while I didn't think things were that bad, I discovered that KW was better. Upon joining KW and putting my business together according to their model, my business has quadrupled.  Now I make more commissions than ever, and my passive income is growing too.

If you'd like to know more about them, send me an email and I'll send you a link to see what they can offer that you're not currently getting.  Send it to jklrealty@kw.com.

Hi Linda,

Thank you for your response.

It's true that the KW philosophy isn't for everyone, and I have seen two people leave over the past couple of years. What was it that you liked at KW and what caused you to leave?  Are you in real estate now? If so, how did your change impact your business?

I'm very curious to try to understand why someone would leave KW.  The truth is, my own career with KW had a one-year break while I engaged in a consulting project for a former client, known locally as Boeing. I had a contractual obligation from a previous consulting job I did for them so had to take a year off.

During that time I worked as an online realtor. Consulting is similar to real estate in that I had milestones to reach, but I controlled my schedule.  During the entire time, I literally ached to get back to KW. I knew what I had and what I was missing and now that I'm back, God willing, I'll never leave!
