About Cary Park
Cary Park was the first subdivision to be developed in the now explosively growing northwest Cary area. It has become the anchor development in the highest growth area of Cary. Cary Park is a beautiful, pedestrian friendly subdivision with over 2 miles of paved walking/biking trails, a 28 acre lake, clubhouse, and pool.
Cary Park Club includes a 6 lane lap pool, a zero entry fun pool, a 98 foot waterslide, a volleyball court and play field. The clubhouse includes a snack bar, big screen television, meeting room and activities area. The neighborhood does have a swim team, and it is a very social community with movie night, Monday night football, ice cream socials, and holiday events.
In the last year single family homes have ranged from $280,000 to just under $1,000,000. Townhomes have ranged from $140,000 to $275,000, and condos have ranged between $100,000 and $290,000.

Location
Cary Park is located about 1.5 miles west of NC-55 off Green Level to Durham and Cary Glenn Blvd. It is convenient to I-540 and NC-55, so the Triangle, north Raleigh, and Durham are all within an easy commute.
Things to do
Nearby is Thomas Brooks Park which has 4 lighted baseball diamonds, 2 basketball slabs, 2 soccer fields, a playground and picnic areas. Thomas Brooks Park is also home to the USA Baseball National Training Complex. There is plenty of shoping and restaurants at The Streets at Southpoint, a new mall on the south side of Durham that is only minutes away.
On the south side of Cary is the Koka Booth Amphitheater which runs events ranging from Shakespearian plays to classic rock concerts to hosting the Raleigh Symphony for a summer pops series. The Amphitheater is located in Regency Park and also hosts a huge 4th of July celebration every summer.
Within 10 to 15 minutes you can also go to the movies, go ice skating, roller skating, bowling, and visit numerous Cary Parks. If you open your drive up a bit you can spend an afternoon boating on Jordan Lake, enjoy the museums in downtown Raleigh, expand your education at one of the eight local colleges and universities, or attend a major sporting event at one of our three local ACC schools. And for hockey fans Raleigh is home to the Carolina Hurricanes.
Trends
The average price per square has recovered somewhat over the last year, which is certainly a good sign. The volume of sales has recovered a bit over the last year as well, although it's certainly not the brisk pace we had a few years ago. The average sale price of single family homes seems to have bounced around some, but this is actually due to the timing of when expensive homes sell compared to when some of the more affordable homes have sold.
